Stuart has approximately fifteen years of corporate, financial and legal experience.

Stuart worked for KPMG and Moray and Agnew, a specialised legal insurance practice. He then gained international financial exposure with Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and Natwest Markets in the UK.

Stuart returned to the Australian corporate finance and funds management environment in 1998 with Newport Capital Group, a technology focused corporate adviser and private equity group where he worked until joining Ironbridge in July 2004.

Stuart qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Solicitor after completing studies at the University of Sydney and University of New South Wales.
