Josh has six years private equity experience with CVC Asia Pacific in Sydney and Cashcard Australia, a portfolio company of Gresham Private Equity.
Following several years with Coopers & Lybrand, Josh joined JP Morgan's M&A team in Melbourne where he advised on a variety of strategy and M&A transactions.
At JP Morgan, Josh helped establish their Small Caps M&A and Financial Sponsors practice in Sydney. Having advised Cashcard on its merger with Electronic Banking Solutions, Josh was appointed as a Business Development Manager for Cashcard.
During his employment with Cashcard, Josh lead the acquisition of Direct Cash, a Melbourne based ATM deployer for $32 million.
Josh joined CVC Asia Pacific in 2003 and worked on a number of successful transactions including the $1.2 billion IPO of Pacific Brands, the sale of Tech Pacific to Ingram Micro for $700 million, and the acquisition and divestment of Affinity Health to Ramsay Healthcare for $1.4 billion. Josh joined Ironbridge in October 2005.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne where he graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Finance.
