Ironbridge

Chris joined Ironbridge in March 2007 following four years M&A Advisory experience and six years operational experience in New Zealand and UK.

Chris was an information technology consultant before joining the M&A Advisory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in early 2003 where he advised on a number of M&A transactions as well as corporate restructuring and strategy across a broad range of industries. During his time at PwC, Chris advised Ironbridge on its acquisition of Qualcare.

In 2005, Chris moved to the Investment Banking Division of ABN AMRO Craigs and was involved a variety of transactions, including the successful takeover of 42 Below by Barcardi and the sale of Evergrowth, an aged care business, to a healthcare fund.

Since joining Ironbridge, Chris has worked extensively on the MediaWorks and Envirowaste transactions.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Auckland University.
