On 15 October 2007, HT Media Limited (HT Media) completed the 100% acquisition of MediaWorks NZ Limited (MediaWorks).

HT Media, a special purpose vehicle owned by funds managed by Ironbridge has successfully acquired all of the shares in MediaWorks through its announced public takeover process.

The Directors of HT Media which include the executive team at MediaWorks, Brent Impey and Peter Crossan are now focussed on growing the three core divisions of MediaWorks; being TV Works, RadioWorks and NetWorks. Further information on the company can be viewed at www.mediaworks.co.nz
