Humpty Dumpty Foundation Gary Berger is a Director on the board of the Humpty Dumpty Foundation. Established in 1996, the Humpty Dumpty Foundation now supports over 50 children’s hospitals and health services across NSW and two children’s hospitals in East Timor. In the last three years alone, Humpty has raised over $7million and purchased over 600 items of vital medical equipment. Humpty operates in a unique manner by allowing kids hospitals to directly request critical equipment on the Humpty equipment “Wish List” that government cannot, or will not, provide. This “Wish List” is then prioritized in terms of need and sponsors sought to donate specific items of equipment, which Humpty buys and delivers directly to the hospitals, usually recognizing the sponsor’s name on the item itself. In this manner, Humpty ensures that kids hospitals get the most critically needed, up to date equipment while providing donors with a very tangible means of donation.
